Bella Swan thought her life was over. When Edward Cullen, the supposed love of her life, vanished from
the town of Forks, citing it was for her own protection, she didn't know what to think. The world as she
knew it had been altered forever. In what was easily one of the most devastating times of her life, Bella
Swan did something worthy of praise: she got over it. Like every other teenage girl with a broken heart,
Bella cried. She screamed. She went nights without sleep. She fell to all of these symptoms, but eventually,
time healed the hurt. The world didn't seem so dismal; she spent more time with her girlfriends, the ones
she'd neglected during her relationship, and rebuilt her precious friendships with Angela and Jessica.
But more than anything else, Bella spent her time in La Push. Her long-time best friend, Jacob Black, had
always been there for her; he answered her phone calls in the early hours of the mornings, offered to get
her out of the house on the not-so-good days. He'd gone above and beyond all the requirements of a friend,
even a best friend, until it finally dawned on Bella as to why: Jake was in love with her. In that moment,
that's when Bella realized she was in love with him, too. Finally, the most anticipated relationship in
the area finally formed. The two are an extremely happy couple, hanging around the wolves and their
imprints, in the kind of family Bella never knew she could have. Everyone in La Push and the Quiluete
tribe is so full of joy and warmth and....life; it surprised Bella to realize just how much she'd missed out on.
But everyone knows that life in Forks doesn't stay that way forever. With the absence of the Cullen family,
there left an open, unofficial 'hole' for another supernatural group to move in. The Quiluetes had had these
troubles before; shapeshifter groups moving in and out at their leisure, leaving the La Push kids to defend
their territory - and it was happening again. Embry Call brought word to Sam Uley that another pack was
in the area, headed north into their lands. Immediately, everyone was on their guard. Who knew what kind
of trouble this group would bring? In recent years, the Mojave wolves had proven to be a lot of trouble for
the Quiluetes - and now they had to deal with more. Everyone, however, turned out to be pleasantly surprised.
New group, nicknamed by the Quiluetes as the 'Los Lonely Hearts Club' due to everyone's seemingly lonely
attitude and previous life, became good friends with the wolves. The wolves enjoyed being around them
and it was nice to know they had allies north of La Push, watching over the area the Cullens used to occupy.
All in all, the addition of the Los Lonely Hearts Club proved to be a well-received one; for once, the La
Push group didn't have to worry about much of anything. There was no trouble on the horizon - at least, none
that anyone could foresee.
It's well known that Forks doesn't say quiet forever; even with the Los Lonely Hearts Club watching out, too,
things slip through the cracks. And now it was time for everyone to be surprised. After a time away, almost
a year and a half after their disappearance, the Cullens have returned. They claim it was for a multitude of
reasons, (the game is more plentiful in the Olympic region, Jasper missed the environment, Rosalie wanted
to 'come home'), but there was one reason on everyone's mind: Edward Cullen had come back for Bella, the one
girl who wasn't going to sit around and wait for him, who was now dating his supernatural enemy. Now,
there's more tension around the reservation than ever before; the Quiluetes aren't willing to push out
their new friends the Los Lonely Hearts Club and the Cullens aren't willing to share. The two rivals, long
separated by a divide of hate, have finally come to a breaking point - and something's gotta give. It seems
like they've always got a curse i cannot lift.
